# About Philip Alm

I’m the co-founder and CEO of [Incredible](https://incredible.one), a Swedish company that makes a voice assistant for Mac and Windows. You hold down a key, say what you want done, and an AI agent does it in the apps you already use.

David Bacelj and I started the company in Jönköping in 2020, as Norditech. Our first product was LabelDetector, cameras that read pallet labels and keep a warehouse’s stock up to date, and we tested it on forklifts with Toyota Material Handling Europe.

In 2022 I got my first group of AI agents to work together, using OpenAI’s GPT-3 model. The next year we built [STELLA](https://github.com/Norditech-AB/STELLA), a team of agents that did tasks in a company’s own software, and made it open source. In 2024 we renamed the company VISS.AI, raised our first round and trained [SWE-LLM](https://huggingface.co/viss-ai/LLama3-70B-SWE-LLM), the largest AI model tuned for Swedish when it came out.

In December 2025 our AI agents were the [#1 Product of the Day](https://hunted.space/product/incredible/launches/incredible-2) on Product Hunt and brought us 150 paying customers. But only about 5% of the companies that signed up were ready to let agents work on their own. So we rebuilt Incredible around your voice: you ask, and you watch the agent do it on your screen. I call this [vibe computing](https://www.incredible.one/vibe-computing).

We have [raised 26.5M SEK](https://gamesbeat.com/incredible-raises-2m-to-bring-vibe-computing-voice-first-desktop-assistant-to-enterprises-a-deep-dive-interview/), from Spintop Ventures, Starbright Invest and angel investors including Rikard Steiber, Daniel Langkilde and Henrik Landgren.
